Returns & Refunds
This policy applies to standard catalogue items purchased directly from CDFIT. Custom and made-to-order tooling is produced to your drawing or sample and is covered separately in your quotation.
1. Inspection on receipt
Please inspect your delivery within 7 days of receipt. If any item is damaged in transit, incorrect, or does not match the agreed specification, contact us immediately with photos and your order/PO number.
2. Returning standard items
Standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping and any duties are arranged with our team in advance.
3. Refunds and replacements
After we receive and inspect a returned item, we will confirm approval and either issue a replacement or arrange a refund by the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5-10 business days of approval.
4. Non-returnable items
- Custom / made-to-order tooling produced to customer specification.
- Consumable abrasives that have been used or mounted on a machine.
- Items damaged by incorrect use, storage or handling after delivery.
5. Warranty
Our tooling is manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality system. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the stated warranty period, we will replace it or credit your account. Normal wear of abrasive products is not a defect.
