Do you publish prices?
We work on a quotation basis. Every product is quoted on request because price depends on specification, grit, bond, tolerance, quantity and packaging. Use the enquiry form or email us and we will respond with a written quotation.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a factory-integrated manufacturer and exporter of diamond and CBN superhard tooling, with 20+ years of experience and an ISO 9001 quality system.
Can you make custom tools to my drawing or sample?
Yes. Send your drawing, 3D file or physical sample; our engineering team will review it and propose tooling, bond, grit and tolerances. See our custom tooling page.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and whether it is a standard or custom item. We can supply samples and small trial orders for evaluation; MOQ is confirmed in the quotation.
What are your lead times?
Standard items are typically 7-15 working days after order confirmation. Custom tooling is typically 15-30 working days after drawing approval. See Shipping & Delivery.
Do you support OEM / ODM and private label?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM, including private-label packaging and branding, subject to volume.
Which applications do your tools serve?
Our tooling is used for grinding, polishing, cutting and drilling of glass, ceramics, stone, carbide, PCD, hardened steel, aluminium and composite materials. See our industry applications page.
