These terms govern your use of this website and any quotation or order placed with CDFIT. By using the site or requesting a quotation you accept these terms.
1. About this website
This website is a business-to-business product catalogue. Prices are not published; every item is quoted on request, and final scope, specification, quantity and price are confirmed in a written quotation or proforma invoice.
2. Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing (order confirmation / proforma invoice) and, where applicable, receive the agreed deposit. Custom tooling requires an approved drawing or sample before production.
3. Specifications and drawings
Product images and specifications on this site are indicative. For custom or critical applications, the approved drawing or sample governs. Please verify all dimensions, grits, bonds and tolerances in the quotation before ordering.
4. Prices, taxes and duties
Quoted prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, import duties or clearance charges unless expressly stated. Export documentation is prepared according to the agreed incoterm (such as EXW, FOB or CIF).
5. Delivery
Lead times are estimates confirmed with your quotation. Risk and title pass according to the agreed incoterm. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
6. Payment
Payment terms are stated on the quotation or proforma invoice (for example T/T deposit plus balance before shipment). Accepted methods are confirmed in writing.
7. Warranty and returns
Our tooling is manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality system. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
8. Intellectual property
Content on this site, including text and images, belongs to CDFIT or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Customer drawings and samples remain the property of the customer and are used only to fulfil the order.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
