Incoming inspection of diamond/CBN grain, bonds and substrates.
In-process checks on dimensions, concentricity, grit and bond hardness.
Final inspection and sample retention before shipment.

Materials and manufacturing

Graded diamond and CBN abrasive grain.
Resin, metal, vitrified, ceramic and electroplated bond technologies.
Precision dressing, truing and balancing of bonded wheels.
Electroplated single-layer and multi-layer coating for form tools.

Documentation

We can provide material certificates, inspection reports and dimensional records with your order on request. Export documentation is prepared according to the agreed incoterm.

OEM / ODM and private label

We support OEM and ODM projects, including custom dimensions, bonds, grits and private-label packaging, subject to volume.
