This rhombus-shaped PCD diamond insert is engineered for super-hard turning of non-ferrous metals, aluminium and gemstone materials on CNC lathes and machining centres. The polycrystalline diamond cutting edge resists abrasion and maintains a sharp edge far longer than carbide, giving excellent surface finish and tool life.
