Shipping & Delivery

CDFIT manufactures in China and ships superhard tooling to customers worldwide. Shipping is arranged per order and confirmed in your quotation.

1. Packaging

Abrasive and precision tooling is packed to protect edges and dimensions in transit, using inward cushioning and export-grade cartons or cases. Custom packaging and private-label cartons are available on request.

2. Methods and incoterms

Express couriers (DHL / FedEx / UPS) for samples and small parcels.
Air freight for urgent production quantities.
Sea freight and consolidated shipment for bulk and repeat orders.
Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP are agreed in the quotation.

3. Lead time

Standard catalogue items: typically 7-15 working days after order confirmation, depending on stock and quantity.
Custom / made-to-order tooling: confirmed after drawing approval; typically 15-30 working days.
Lead times are estimates and may vary with quantity and specification.

4. Tracking and documents

We provide commercial invoice, packing list and the agreed transport documents. Tracking details are shared once the shipment is booked.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and clearance charges are the responsibility of the receiver unless your quotation states DDP terms. We can help prepare documentation to speed clearance.

6. Lost or damaged shipments

Please inspect on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 7 days with photos so we can open a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
